Jovian provides an AI-powered development platform that transforms natural language intent into production-grade software ("Service"). The Service includes:

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Payment Terms

Payment processing services for users on Jovian are provided by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") and are subject to the Paddle Terms of Service and Paddle Privacy Policy.

By agreeing to these Terms and continuing to operate as a user on Jovian, you agree to be bound by Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Credits

• Monthly Subscription: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions include a monthly allocation of credits. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Credit Top-ups: Additional credits may be purchased as one-time add-ons. Top-up credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable subscription fees and any approved one-time purchases.
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new monthly subscriptions. Credit top-ups are non-refundable. For full details on eligibility and how to request a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate intellectual property rights
• Generate or distribute malicious code or harmful content

• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UK LAW, Jovian Technologies Ltd. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jovian Technologies Ltd. , its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
