1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new monthly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies only to your first subscription with us.
  • Refunds are not available for monthly renewal payments once the initial 30-day period has passed, unless required by applicable law.
  • Refunds are not available for credit top-up purchases, which are non-refundable one-time transactions.

3. Credit Top-ups

Purchases of additional credits ("Top-ups") are non-refundable. Credits purchased via Top-ups do not expire as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your monthly subscription, any unused Top-up credits will remain available in your account.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@myjovian.com. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Order ID or transaction reference (if available)
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
